After a cozy winter pause filled with snuggles, slow mornings, and the sweet magic of motherhood, I took time to savor the fleeting sparkle of life with our three‑year‑old daughter, Allie — our one and only. Those months were full of messy, marvelous moments that don’t come with frosting, and I’m grateful for every one of them.

Snooty Beagle Bakery is more than a bakery — it is the continuation of a remarkable lineage.
I carry the McGinnis name, a bloodline tied to Angus Og, the Celtic god of love, youth, beauty, and poetic inspiration.
And the signs of this lineage are woven into my life itself:
• My husband was born on February 12th
• I was born on February 13th
• And together we celebrate our love in a three‑day arc culminating in Valentine’s Day, February 14th
A sequence so poetically aligned with the god of love that it feels like destiny written in dates.
But my lineage is not only mythic — it is entrepreneurial.

I am a third‑generation business pioneer.
My Papaw, Wyett McGinnis, founded America’s first private Drivers Education School in 1964 and authored the foundational book on driver safety. His visionary work shaped national standards and remained in our family for three generations.
And now, I step into that legacy — not as a continuation, but as an evolution.
I am the first woman in my line to build a business of her own, and I build it for my daughter, Alessandra, continuing the McGinnis tradition of generational excellence.

Raised in an upper‑class world of refinement — chauffeured in a Rolls Royce Silver Spur, surrounded by beauty, taste, and curated experiences — my instincts were shaped by luxury itself.
My childhood home was filled with music, including the sound of a baby white grand piano played in the foyer by my elegant grandmother.
Those early impressions of grace, artistry, and cultivated beauty became the foundation of my creative identity.
This is why I do not create “treats.”
I create edible artifacts, each one crafted with intention, balance, and enchantment.
